Returns Policy:
General:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days from receipt of order and
cleared payment. Should we anticipate a delay in dispatching the goods we will
advise you of this and await your acceptance before proceeding with your order.
We will advise you when the goods have been dispatched and provide you with any
relevant tracking information. All dates for dispatch and delivery are
approximate only and the time of despatch or of delivery shall not be of the
essence of the contract for the sale and purchase of the goods. We shall not be
under any liability whatsoever to you in respect of any failure to deliver on
any particular date or dates. Should the need arise, we shall be entitled to
dispatch the goods in one or more consignments unless otherwise expressly
agreed. If the goods are not received within the stated time frame contact us
immediately either by email or telephone. On receiving the goods please inspect
carefully for any signs of damage and advise the shipper's driver accordingly.
If you are unable to fully inspect at that time mark the dispatch/delivery note
as "unexamined" and advise us of any damages within 24hrs either by email.
Returns:
For the return of damaged and/or faulty goods, please advise
us by email, and we will provide you with a (RGA) Return Goods
Authorisation number. We will not accept any returns without the required RGA
number.
